Four-Wheeler Ramp System
The customer needed a way to load a four-wheeler onto his hunting rig and wanted sides to keep gear more secure on the trail. We solved both problems with ramps that double as the flatbed sides and tailgate.

The customer needed a way to load a four-wheeler onto his hunting rig and wanted sides to keep gear more secure on the trail. We solved both problems with ramps that double as the flatbed sides and tailgate.
The cylinder had been machined too small. We built the surface back up with weld so it could be machined back to the correct specification.
We installed several thousand feet of heavy-duty fencing to safely protect clients and horses. The fence uses 2⅞-inch posts and top rail with 2⅜-inch lower rails. A 20-by-10-foot loafing shed was added for paddock shade.
The customer wanted something tougher than commercially available pens. We built two from 2-inch square tubing and 2-by-2-by-¼-inch wire mesh, with a 4-inch flat-bar waste barrier and open fronts for easier cleaning.
We made 20 pens to match existing panels and meet USDA requirements. They were built from 1½-inch tube and 2-by-2-inch wire mesh, then finished in a textured powder coat for durability.
A tight bridge and sharp corners made it impossible to maneuver a trailer to the rural job site. We built a heavy-duty rack that carried the large pipe above the cab so it could be delivered.
These two separate structures were built for a horse trainer to provide shelter in outdoor paddocks. One is 12 by 9 feet. The 30-by-9-foot building includes an alleyway and doorway for access to a third paddock.
A local electrician needed room for ladders, conduit, materials, and tools. The rack was fitted to the service bed while keeping clearance for the top compartment doors to open.
This roughly 32-by-16-foot structure was framed from 4½-inch drill tubing. We built the large frame and the customer completed the roofing.
Built from structural steel and tubing, with roofing and siding installed by our crew. Half-height walls along the sides and back help keep wind-driven rain off the hay.
We completed this small loafing shed from frame through roofing and siding. Three-quarter-inch plywood kick panels help protect animals' legs from kicking through the sheet metal.
We removed drywall from the stall areas of a former shop, installed plywood, and built two stalls from structural steel tubing. Redwood decking fills the frames and can be replaced easily when needed.
The original panels used wire mesh down to two feet above the floor. We retained the upper two feet of mesh and installed wood below it to add privacy between six stalls.
